By downloading or using Mind Stack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Virtual Currency
- Coins are virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value.
- Coins are earned through gameplay, daily rewards, or by watching optional ads.
- Coins may be used for extra moves or other in-game advantages.
- We reserve the right to modify coin values, rewards, or pricing at any time.

In-App Purchases
- All purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store.
- Purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- For refund requests, contact Apple Support.
Purchasing "No Ads Forever" is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It is automatically restored if you reinstall the app using the same Apple ID.

Advertisements
- Ads are served by third-party networks (Google AdMob) and are not controlled by us.
- Rewarded ads are entirely optional — watch to earn coins at your own choice.
- Purchasing "No Ads Forever" removes all banner and interstitial ads permanently.

User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the application.
- Use automated tools or exploits to manipulate gameplay.
- Attempt unauthorized access to application data or systems.

Intellectual Property
All content within Mind Stack — including graphics, animations, sounds, game design, and mechanics — is the intellectual property of TECHPIO SERVICES LLP and protected by applicable copyright laws.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
